According to new reports, OpenAI has developed watermarks that can aid in detecting AI-generated content. The company has already developed a watermark system 2 years ago and has tested it also.

⚖️ Elon Musk is suing OpenAI AGAIN!

Well, the feud between Elon and ChatGPT’s parent company OpenAI is standing against each other. The new lawsuit was filed in federal court in Northern California and is about how Elon was “Manipulated” by the other two founders into believing that the company is not focused on profits, but rather on making AI transparent.

  • The lawsuit is made against OpenAI’s founders: Sam Altman and Greg Brockman.

  • Elon claims that the other founders have compromised the founding mission of using AI for the benefit of humanity.

  • The previous lawsuit between them is now dropped.

🗣️ OpenAI begins rollout of the ChatGPT Voice mode

Here’s what OpenAI said about this announcement: “We’re starting to roll out advanced Voice Mode to a small group of ChatGPT Plus users. Advanced Voice Mode offers more natural, real-time conversations, allows you to interrupt anytime, and senses and responds to your emotions.”

  • Advanced Voice Mode is currently only available to a small section of ChatGPT Plus users.

  • OpenAI said that GPT-4o can sense emotional parts in your voice, including sadness or excitement.

🤖 Google’s tiny Gemma 2 2B AI model is powerful

Google has launched a lightweight Gemma 2 2B AI model with just 2 Billion parameters. On benchmarks, it works better than much larger models like GPT-3.5 and Mixtral 8x7B.

  • Gemma 2 2B surpasses all GPT-3.5 models on the Chatbot Arena.

  • It scored 56.1 on the MMLU benchmark and 36.6 on the MBPP benchmark.

  • This lightweight model produces outsized results by learning from larger models through distillation.
